Asset Management Module

 

 

Here you can filer out information in order to maker it easier to find specific machines.

 

You can also export the data in .CSV, .XLS or .PDF formats using the export buttons. This will basically look like an Asset Management report.

 

The MAP button will display the meters on a map as shown below. Click here for more information on the MAP.

 

 

To add a new machine to the system, click this button and you will be able to fill out the machine details - as shown here.

 

 

To edit the machine details, click on any of the machine id's and you will be taken to the Edit Device screen as described here.

 

 

This displays whether the GPS Co-ordinates have been entered for this particular machine.

 

You can click on these to be taken to the map editing screen as shown here.

 

 

Here we display information such as Serial number, model etc. If the column has a blue header, you can sort the data.

 

 

Click here to view transactions for this particular machine - you will be taken directly to the transactions screen as shown here.
