  • Each item shown on the Maintenance screen plays a role in making it easier for the user to find out maintenance information on their fleet of parking meters.
 
  • You will note that some of the column headings are blue - this indicates that the column is sortable by clicking on the heading.

    Here you can filer out information in order to maker it easier to find specific machines.
     
    You can also export the data in .CSV, .XLS or .PDF formats using the export buttons.
     
    The MAP button will display the meters on a map as shown below. Click here for more information on the MAP.

    Machine ID

    Machine ID and Status are shown here. If you click on any of the machines you will be taken to a summary screen as shown below.
     
    You can click on the heading to sort Machine ID's

    The Location of the Machines are shown here.
     
    You can click on the heading to sort the locations.

    Coins Amount

    This shows how many coins are in the machine at the current time.

    Notes Amount

    If the machine accepts notes, this is the amount currently held in the machine.

    Total Amount

    This is the total amount of notes + coins held in the machine.

    Coins and Notes Vault

    These bars reflect the percentage amount of coins or notes within the vault. When the vault reaches 100% this will change to red indicating the vault is full and requires emptying.

    If you click on one of the Txns links it will take you to a screen which shows the transactions for that machine.
